Start with how you want to use it
Tell us about the room, the people who will use the piece and what you want it to do. For arcade and pinball furniture, consider player positions, controls, seating, wood and finish. For audio or video hardware, describe the equipment and connection problem. You do not need to design the circuit.
Bring the room and delivery route into the conversation
Measure the intended footprint and the route from the delivery entrance, including doorways, turns and stairs. Leave space for players, projecting controls, cables and service access. Product dimensions are planning estimates; final dimensions and delivery access are agreed before construction.
Describe the complete signal chain
For an electronics request, list the source and destination models, source count, signal formats, connectors, control equipment and physical limits. Different routing, controls, enclosures or artwork can be evaluated as a separate custom scope. Compatibility depends on the actual signals and wiring, as well as the connector.
Agree the build before work begins
Custom work is quoted separately with materials, deliverables, exclusions, price and estimated ship date. Your desired date is a request until confirmed in the quote. Start with the Contact form and choose Custom build or product change; any reference-file exchange can be arranged privately.
