Does the production estimate include shipping?
No. The estimated ship date describes completion and dispatch; carrier transit is separate.
Can I choose wood or artwork?
Ask about wood, finish or artwork choices through the Contact form. Available options depend on the product and will be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Does the switcher convert composite to S-Video?
No. Each format remains in its own signal path. The base design also does not provide independently selected destination outputs.
Does the encoder work with every RGB source?
No. It needs a compatible 15 kHz analog RGBS source. Check the listed signal levels, sync and wiring for the released version before connecting equipment.
Are power supplies included?
Included power supplies vary by product. The switcher scope includes a compatible regulated supply; the encoder price excludes one. Check the selected product and configuration for what is included.
Are the products certified?
No final-product certification is claimed unless a product page states it for that exact model and revision.

The planned initial shipping area is the 50 states and District of Columbia. Available destinations and services will be shown when checkout is available.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping and handling will be shown separately before payment. The planned handling charge is 15% of postage and selected carrier extras, with a $3.00 minimum. The amount accepted for an unchanged order is fixed.
