If you need to cancel before production begins, contact us promptly. We will review the order status and any separately agreed custom design or artwork charges, while honoring applicable refund rights.
After production begins
Made-to-order and personalized work may have different preference-return terms once production begins. Problems with delay, damage, defects, misdescription or an incorrect configuration remain eligible for review and applicable remedies.
Report a problem
Contact us about damage, missing items, incorrect configuration or a suspected defect. A report within seven days helps preserve carrier evidence, but it does not remove rights that apply for longer.
