Production after an order is accepted
Products listed as made to order enter production after an order is accepted. The current estimate appears with each product; backlog, materials and configuration can affect the date shown before an order is placed.
Estimated ship date
An accepted order records an estimated ship date. We make every effort to ship sooner when production allows, but the recorded date remains the planning estimate. Carrier transit begins after shipment and is separate.
If the date changes
If an accepted order cannot ship by its stated date, we will send a delay notice with a revised date when available and a way to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
