Production and transit
The current planning estimate is six weeks for most products and eight weeks for the phono stage. The date presented for a specific order may change with backlog, materials and configuration. Transit begins after shipment.
Your estimated ship date
An accepted order records its configuration and estimated ship date. We make every effort to ship earlier when possible. A later backlog change does not silently change the date on an accepted order.
If the date changes
If an accepted order cannot ship by its stated date, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and offer a way to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Destinations
We offer shipping to the 50 states and District of Columbia. Eligible services and the shipping charge are shown before payment. Large or unusually valuable shipments may require a separate quote.
Ground shipping and transit
Orders ship with tracking. Ground transit begins after your item is finished and dispatched; it is separate from the production estimate. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling is calculated from packed dimensions and estimated weight. It includes a protective packing and handling allowance, a margin for postage variation, and an allowance for shipment insurance based on your configured item value. Insurance is purchased when your parcel is shipped. Multiple items may ship in separate packages.
Your accepted shipping charge
For an unchanged address, configuration and service, the shipping and handling amount accepted at checkout is fixed. If a material fulfillment error or unavailable service changes the arrangement, we will seek your approval or offer cancellation and a refund.
Rates before payment
Your shipping charge is calculated from the current rate table, destination and configured items, then shown before payment. If a shipment is outside the supported size, weight or insured-value limits, contact us for a shipping quote.
Package measurements
Product weights and dimensions shown as estimates are used for planning. Ordinary measurement variance does not add a later charge to an unchanged accepted order.
