What an order includes
The product listing and accepted order identify the selected configuration, price, included items, important exclusions and estimated ship date. A custom build has its own agreed scope.
Payment and order acceptance
When paid checkout is available, the amount and payment method will be shown before submission. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and Rasterdeck confirms the order; a browser redirect alone is not acceptance.
Custom work and changes
Custom work starts from a written quote with a stated price and scope. If a material change becomes necessary, we will ask for approval or provide the applicable cancellation and refund option.
Price, tax and shipping
The total shown before payment includes product and selected options, shipping and handling, and any applicable tax. Additional custom or sourcing charges require a separate agreed quote.
Terms presented at checkout
The applicable sale, cancellation, warranty and shipping terms are presented before an order can be placed. Contact us if any term or product detail is unclear.

Sales tax
