Privacy questions
Rasterdeck LLC operates this store as Rasterdeck. Use the Contact form for questions about personal information.
Information used to serve you
The store may use contact messages and optional reply details, order and configuration information, shipping details, review submissions, and security records to respond to requests and operate the service.
Payment information
When payment is available, the payment provider handles card entry. Rasterdeck keeps the order and transaction details needed for fulfillment, refunds and records; it does not need your full card number or security code.
Contact requests and security
Information you send through the Contact form is used to answer your request, support an order and protect the form from abuse. Providing contact details does not enroll you in marketing.
Analytics
We record public page paths and referring domains to understand how visitors find products. URL query strings and contact messages are excluded from analytics. We keep contact details, shipping addresses, payment data and customer artwork out of marketing analytics. Operational order records are handled separately.
Your questions and requests
Use the Contact form to ask what information relates to you or to request a correction or deletion. We will review the request under the rules that apply to the service and its records.
